• Both the WCBD and WCB2 water cooled brake models are disc-type units, cooled externally and built to handle the most extreme of clutch and brake applications. They provide maximum capacity for absorption and dissipation of thermal loads. The WCB2 is designed specifically to avoid stick-slip issues that are commonly associated with other friction devices. It works with both open and closed loop circulating systems.
• The WCSB from Airflex is similar to another water cooled braking device, the WCS, but it adds more dynamic tensioning and static holding for greater control.
